Here is what you’ll need:
Red Slaw:
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 Tbsp BBQ sauce, not too sweet
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 head of cabbage, shredded
Rub:
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- Dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lbs of ground pork
2 Tbsp buttermilk
Preheat the grill to medium high heat.
Mix the ingredients together for the slaw and place in the refrigerator to let the flavors gel.

Mix the ingredients for the rub together.
Add the buttermilk and 2 tsp of the rub to the pork and mix together, but try not to over mix. Form into 6 patties.

Sprinkle both sides with the remaining rub.
Grill for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until done. Serve on buns, topped with slaw.
