FARGO (KFGO) – Cass County Commissioner and former Fargo School Superintendent Vern Bennett has died.
Bennett, who was 86, had heart and kidney problems and died under hospice care at his Fargo home Sat. night.
Bennett was superintendent for 28 years and served on the county board for 15 years.
