Erik Hatch joins It Takes Two, as a guest host, to talk about the heart and soul that has been poured into his new book “Play for the Person Next to You: A Guide to Servant Leadership.”

You learn a lot when you put trust and faith into those around you. Erik will be the first to tell you that his team learn, fail and grow together. Not because Erik is the world’s greatest speech giver or supplies the donuts. He finds passion for people in the term “servant leadership.” The term means exactly what you think – serve others to encourage growth. Give them the tools to succeed and be intentional with your interactions together.
Erik’s energy is hard to match. So is his knowledge of B movie comedy dialogue – but that is another story altogether. When Erik walks into the room and gets to know the individuals, he can help connect the dots with ease. His book contains real world knowledge that is not just for the CEO of a company. The book is for the entire team. There is a lot of wisdom that Erik has learned over the years.
