Here’s what you’ll need:
1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a ziploc bag.
Thinly slice the tenderloin lengthwise and add to the bag. Marinade for at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
I slid the tenderloin strips onto skewers and cooked them on the smoker at 245° for about 90 minutes. During the final 30 minutes, I brushed on some BBQ sauce. Cook to a finish temp of 145°, and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
