Ken says, “the Kenora dinner jacket, buffalo plaid, is synonymous with Northwestern Ontario,” so it just felt right to try to beat Brawny’s previous record (the paper towel company).

Set on their beautiful harbor front, they beat the record with 1,359 people in plaid! the first step was to arrive and get a wristband… if the wristbands surpassed the record, they went to “step 2”, which is separating people by 50 and the official judge counting every person individually (pictured above).
