In October of 2011, the Transportation Safety Administration rolled out the Pre-Check program. The idea behind it is simple – after going through a background check, being fingerprinted and paying an $85 fee, passengers could enjoy an expedited security process at airports.
At first, the number of airports was limited but NOW over 200 airports use the Pre-Check system and both frequent flyers along with occasional flyers are enjoying the benefits of being able to breeze through security.
June 3rd – 7th, at Hector International Airport, you can go up to the 2nd floor conference room and get signed up. The whole process takes less time than you can imagine – plus, they will have plenty of staff on hand to answer questions.

Have plans during that time? TSA Pre-Check is available all year round and you can sign up anytime.
For those looking to add the TSA Pre-Check for international travel, August 12-14, 2019 is when Hector International Airport will be holding their next event for Global Entry!
