FERGUS FALLS, MN (KFGO) – The Fergus Falls School Board has approved a letter of intent with Target Corp. for the purchase of the vacant Target building in Fergus Falls and the adjacent land. Superintendent Jerry Ness says it the space is badly needed for early childhood programming.
The board, in a special meeting, also voted to fully authorize the administration to finalize the purchase. The store, on the west edge of Fergus Falls, closed early last year. It employed about 90 people.
