I said this in the fall of 2016, one of the reasons I think people have gone away from many stores, and part of the reason of the downfall of Sears and K-Mart, is that they kept putting frills on buying a simple item. Much like the Seinfeld episode when Kramer asked, “Why does Radio Shack need your phone number to buy batteries?”
