Though the wind made it seem the snowfall was HUGE over the last few days, surprisingly, this last system only brought about 5.5 – 8 inches across the Fargo-Moorhead metro area.
Snow Totals
Fargo has had a total of 36 inches this season. Which is a bit a bit above the average, 32.7, at this time.
Our average total snowfall for the year is 50 inches. Which, Tom Szymanski suspects we will meet or exceed.
The NEXT event…
We could see another snow event Monday night and Tuesday (Feb. 11th & 12th). Szymanski says this will be a fast moving snow event. The wind will be worse than the snowfall.
