MINOT, ND (KFGO) – Two people were arrested outside a Minot grocery store after employees called police to report that they were drunk and eating food while walking throughout the store.
Police found a child in a car and arrested 24-year-old Chase Rath of Minot for DUI, giving a false name and child neglect. 21-year-old Savanna Knudson of Minot is facing charges of child neglect.
The child had been left alone in the car without the heat on. The child was turned over to a family friend.
