A lot is asked of athletes. Professional, high school and beyond. The stress of training and practice can be seen in bruises, sweat and fatigue. What you don’t see is anxiety, depression or the overall mental state of an athlete. That is where Misty Buck comes in. She is the daughter of a coach and has watched athletes her entire life. Noting that a clear head can increase your athletic ability, Misty works with individuals, but mentions that teams as a whole can benefit from one-on-one coaching.
