North Dakota’s only food bank, the
Great Plains Food Bank
, in Fargo, North Dakota is looking to stock it’s shelves with something other than food before the end of the year (but arguably just as important)… diapers!
In the fall of 2017, the Great Plains Food Bank was recognized as the first diaper bank in the state of North Dakota and member of the National Diaper Bank Network supplying the needed family product to its 216 partner agencies across the state and western Minnesota.
In this podcast: Jared Slinde explains that Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) have set a lofty goal of trying to stock the shelves with 100,000 diapers before the end of the year.
If you are interested in helping to get to their goal. You can drop off your donations to 1720 3rd Ave North, Fargo, ND 58102.
Oh, and if you’re looking to offload some of that Halloween candy, they would appreciate that donation as well!
