Melissa Rademacher is the Executive Director of the Downtown Community Partnership. It hasn’t even been a year since she accepted the position and she is already making major headway on an issue that has been talked about for over a decade. IT2’s Amy Iler and JJ Gordon get the skinny on allowing public consumption of alcohol during specific DCP events and within a strict area took a huge step on Monday, May 21st when the Fargo City Commission voted 4 to 1 in favor of a temporary ability to permit these events.
