Angie suggest some simple steps in getting the sale up and running.
Signage – You betcha. Block corners, busy nearby streets – make’em once and save them for next year. Pro tip, include the hours!
Pricing – Use a system that works for you. Color coded dots? All items on a table cost a single amount? Make me an offer? All of the above!
Restock – As the sale goes through the day or weekend, make sure you are putting items back where they are supposed to go. Folks with travel pieces all over the place, make sure they find their way back to the correct table or rack.
