Just in time for summer, downtown Fargo is getting a new ice cream shop! Oh, and it’s not just ice cream! Scoop N’ Dough will also offer edible cookie dough, gourmet popcorn and candy in the charming, modern shop located in Roberts Alley, just north of 2nd Avenue between Broadway and Roberts Street North.
The Alley is looking to be somewhat of a destination, with well established businesses like the Boiler Room already across the street, “RoCo” or Roberts Commons has already landed Ecce Art Gallery, Pink Luxe Boutique and now Scoop N’ Dough, set to open at noon Thursday, May 17, 2018.
IN THIS PODCAST: Hear from Josh, the owner, about the process of getting the place opened, the selections they’ll be offering and the prizes they have planned for their opening!
Here’s a sneak peak:
Sign facing east on the sidewalk of 2nd Avenue
The store front, mostly made of a glass garage door, with the idea to move some seating outside the store and be open air most of the summer!
Directly across the alley, the Boiler Room
A clean, bright store featuring bright blue and white, digital menus to be installed.
Low bench and chair seating with high-top tables for outdoor use.
