, is the builder of one of the luxurious featured homes raising funds for Home Builders Care and is a trustee on the Home Builders Care of F-M Foundation board.
Each Parade, builders volunteer their entries to be a “luxurious featured home.” The homes must be priced $750,000 or more and be a first-time entry on the Parade. Ben’s featured home is just above that price ($750,000) and says that’s important to him – to show people that you can be build a luxurious, custom home for under a million dollars!
His home – #2 – was inspired by Scandinavian style!

Spring Parade of Homes features 93 entries over two weekends: April 27-29, May 4-6
The Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead invites consumers to its 58th Annual Spring Parade of Homes!
– Homes open: 4 – 8 p.m. Friday; 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Saturday; noon – 5 p.m. Sunday
– 93 homes by 50 builders in a scattered site tour over four communities
– General admission is free!
– Cost is $5 to tour four featured homes with proceeds donated to charity
– Homes range in price from $187,900 to $2.5 million.
– Homes for those 55 and better, first-time buyers, people needing more space or wanting to downsize.
– From modern to Craftsman, there is something for everyone to find their inspiration.
– Throughout the communities of Fargo, Horace, Moorhead and West Fargo.
