As news circulates online about what “might” happen in this weekend’s forecast, Too Tall Tom Szymanski comes in to set us straight.
As Tom says, we are going from “way, way, way below average to just way, way below average.” The average high for this time of year: 53 degrees.
Tomorrow (Wednesday, April 11) could bring a “messy” situation, especially North of Fargo with some slush and snow. We could see a break on Thursday and then Fargo could be on the north end of a system moving in over the weekend.
Over the weekend, Northern South Dakota and Southeastern North Dakota (Wahp/ Breck area) could see some considerable snow over the weekend – upward of 6 inches and all of us will have wind and cold temperatures.
Too Tall Tom explains in the podcast above – and takes calls from listeners. And, an explanation of what is keeping the warm weather from our region!
