FARGO (KFGO) – Friends of a Fargo family involved in a fatal semi-SUV crash Sun. south of Grand Forks are organizing a fundraiser to raise money to help cover medical and funeral expenses.
A YouCaring campaign says 30 year-old Trista Curry was hurt in the crash on a slippery I-29 along with one of her children, 3 year-old Avalon. Her two other children, nine year-old Camden and one year-old Maxwell, died of their injuries.
Trista Curry lost control of her SUV north of Reynolds, which was hit by the northbound semi. The truck driver, also from Fargo, wasn’t injured.
The collision was reported shortly before 11:30 a.m.
