Fat Tuesday Pop Up Dinner & Demo with Chef Randall

It’s Fat Tuesday and we’re trying something new here at Square One featuring the wonderful Chef Randall. Join us for a relaxing, educational and tasty dinner experience. In this dinner and demo event you will join Chef Randall in the kitchen as he prepares a delightful meal for you starting with a classic shrimp beignet with remoulade. From there we will dive into the world of Gumbo, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo to be exact. Chef Randall will show you the different components of what makes a gumbo a gumbo including dark roux, what it is and how it’s made accompanied by a lovely slice of crusty bread. This will be a delightful conversational experience where you will dine in the kitchen and able to ask questions, enjoy fantastic food and company. To end the evening, torch your own bananas foster creme brulee. This is going to be a wonderful evening, indeed!
