– Thoroughbreds. It’s a dark comedy about two girls who want to “do away with” one of their evil stepfathers. They are from very affluent families, so – to find someone to help them off this guy – they go have to navigate a seedy underground society. Funny and VERY dark. If you enjoy the song Goodbye Earl or the 80s classic Throw Mama From the Train – this one is right up your alley.

– LOVE on Netflix. Today the 3rd and final season of the Netflix original series – LOVE hits the internet. A story about a nerdy, nebbish guy and a mess of a young woman finding love, losing love and living through some real world type “friendzone” situations. A funny series that has a lot of realism. – Hurricane Heist – I will just give you the synopsis, you might not even believe that someone made this…During a hurricane, a gang of thieves attempt to steal $600 from a US mint office. As if this wasn’t far fetched enough – a single Treasury Agent is teamed up with a good looking meteorologist and they only have to foiled the felons before the eye of the storm hits. (Insert eye roll).
