INGREDIENTS
: Peanut Butter – Greek Yogurt – Honey
From Food & Wine:
This recipe is insanely simple and quick, using ingredients you most likely have on hand already. All you need for this Peanut Butter Dip is creamy
peanut butter
, Greek yogurt, and honey. The result: a velvety, protein-packed, not-too-sweet dip that is scrumptious on any vessel of your choosing. This particular recipe—
which you can find here at Listotic
—calls for one cup of Greek yogurt, ½ cup of peanut butter, and honey to taste (about 1-3 tablespoons)
…
For those who love to customize, this fruit dip can be tweaked to fit your preference. In this recipe, the 2:1 ratio of yogurt and peanut butter yields a perfectly creamy result. If you want it a tad thicker, mix in a dollop more peanut butter. You can also switch out plain
Greek yogurt
for vanilla, which eliminates the need for quite as much honey. You can use agave nectar instead of honey, or almond butter in lieu of peanut butter. Stir in a little cinnamon for extra flavor, maybe some nutmeg. The possibilities are endless! If serving at a school party or church reception, top with chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for a festive garnish.
