FARGO (KFGO) – A new bar and restaurant will be open this season at Rose Creek Golf Course in south Fargo. The park district has signed a lease with the owners of Big Erv’s in Horace to take over what had been Seasons at Rose Creek. Park District Executive Director Joel Vettel says extensive remodeling will begin soon.
“They’ve signed a deal with us for several years and they are investing in the restaurant itself so they’re putting what we refer to as skin in the game to make sure that they have what they feel is the best possible ability to be successful there and so you’re going to see, we’re gonna work hard to make sure that we open up a quality restaurant,” said Vettel.
Reflections at Rose Creek is expected to offer a full restaurant menu with a sports bar look. It will also host weddings, banquets, business meetings, graduation parties, anniversaries and other events.
The bar-restaurant closed almost three years ago. The park district later purchased the building for $1.3-million.
