Rep. Rick Becker (R-ND)
BISMARCK, N.D. – Bismarck Republican State Representative Rick Becker is running for the GOP nomination for US Senate.
He has served in the state Legislature since 2013 – but recently announced he would not be seeking another Legislative term.
Becker announced his candidacy for U.S. Senate in a video on social media.
“While many claim to be conservative, my actions have always backed up my words. Just this month I was awarded the only 100% rating in North Dakota by the American Conservative Union,” Becker said.
Becker is challenging Republican incumbent Senator John Hoeven, who was first elected in 2010.
