
WILLISTON, N.D. (KFGO) – Approximately 33 people living in a Williston apartment complex had to find other locations to spend the night after a fire Wednesday afternoon.
Five of the 24 apartments were damaged.
Firefighters spotted smoke from the roof of a 3-story complex as they arrived. They assisted with evacuations and extinguished the fire in a third-floor apartment. There were no injuries. The cause is under investigation.
The Salvation Army and Red Cross assisted those needing help.
