CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KFGO) – One man was injured Monday after falling from a billboard platform west of Mapleton.
Cass County Sheriff’s deputies and first responders from Casselton Fire and Ambulance were dispatched to 37th St. SE, which parallels I-94, three miles west of Mapleton, shortly before 6:30 p.m. to the report of a man who had fallen 25 feet from the billboard platform.
He was stabilized and conscious when Sanford AirMed arrived to transport him to a local hospital.
A spokesman for the Cass County Sheriff’s Department says no further information is available at this time but that the investigation into the man’s fall is ongoing.
