(KFGO/KNFL) The North Dakota State High School Boys Soccer Tournament starts on Thursday. The tournament will run October 6-8 at West Fargo High School.
Seven of the eight teams from last year’s field return for this year’s tournament, including defending champion Fargo Davies. Davies is the top seed from the EDC and comes in to the tournament without a loss at 14-0-1.
Minot was the regular season champ in the WDA, edging Bismarck Legacy by one point and beat the Sabres 3-2 in the WDA final on Saturday in Bismarck. The Magicians have won the last two WDA Tournament championships
Semifinals and consolation semifinals will be played Friday, with the place matches on Saturday. The championship will be Saturday at 3:30 PM.

- Noon-Fargo Davies (14-0-1) vs. Bismarck Century (8-4-4)
- 2:15-West Fargo (9-6-1) vs. Bismarck Legacy (12-4-0)
- 4:30-Minot (14-2-1) vs. Red River (5-7-5)
- 6:45-Sheyenne (11-4-2) vs. Bismarck (8-6-2)
