Bismarck Century and Bismarck High had the most first-team selections with 5.
Kansas State commit and Century lineman Andrew Leingang was named Senior Athlete of the Year and Century head coach Ron Wingenbach was named coach of the Year.
The Patriots won their second straight title with a 34-0 win over West Fargo Sheyenne.
