FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – Fargo police continue their investigation into four shooting incidents Saturday night and early Sunday. Three of those involved people being wounded by gunfire.
A 23-year old man with a gunshot wound showed up at a Fargo hospital around 11 Saturday night and was not cooperating with police. His injuries were not life-threatening. A short time later, officers were called to a report of gunshots in the 2400 block of 18th Street South where they located a vehicle with bullet holes. Police said there were no injuries to the four people in the vehicle.
About 90 minutes later, police responded to the 800 block 0f 12th Street North on another report of gunfire. There, they found a man who had been shot in the abdomen. He was taken to a hospital. His condition has not been released. Those involved in that incident were detained at the scene and police say no other people were being sought.
Nearly two hours later, a man called 911 to report he had been shot. Police found him outside the Fire Department headquarters on Roberts Street downtown. His injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. Initially, it was thought the shooting happened in Moorhead, but Moorhead police tell KFGO News, there is no indication that was the case.
There’s no word from police if any of the shootings are connected. More information is expected to be released today.
