GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – Fargo-Moorhead and a large portion of Northern Minnesota are under an Air Quality Alert due to smoke from Canadian wildfires. The National Weather Service says it should begin to dissipate around noon.
In some areas, the smoke is thick enough to reduce visibility. The National Weather Service advises people to stay indoors, particularly sensitive groups like the elderly and small children.
