Legislators Speaking Out on Oil and Salt Water Spills

Rep. Kenton Onstad says, "it's frustrating," to be dealing with spills after these agencies said it is an inconvenience to the industry to have legislation require a low pressure shut off switch or pressure gauge on a salt water line or an oil line.  

And, Sen. Mac Schneider explains some very "common sense" legislation to help with the accounting of spills and to track what is being done to prevent and protect North Dakota.
