FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- Bobcat Co. says it will continue to participate in a $600,000 program for research and development at North Dakota State University.
The company that is an anchor tenant at NDSU's technology incubator has agreed to a 2-for-1 grant that will result in Bobcat donating $400,000 in the private-public partnership.
Bobcat president Rich Golsbury says the agreement is good for both the university and the company.
He says it allows Bobcat to utilize the school's research expertise to develop new technologies at a low cost.
Company and college researchers have worked together mainly on engineering and microelectronics projects.
