BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Police say a Bismarck man accused of holding a family member at gunpoint was arrested after a brief standoff. The 21-year-old man is likely to face terrorizing charges for the incident, which happened Saturday afternoon. Police say a woman had called police to report that her son was holding a female member of the family at gunpoint. The man surrendered after talking with police over the phone.
Authorities say he had two guns, a pistol and a shotgun. No injuries were reported.
