FARGO (KFGO-AM) -- Three people were arrested for drunk driving during a sobriety checkpoint in Fargo. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says four other people were arrested for minor in possession and/or consumption. In addition, one person was arrested for providing false information to law enforcement.
The checkpoint was set up on the westbound I-94 off ramp at 25th St. 167 vehicles passed through the checkpoint which was set up between 11pm on October 17th, and 2am on October 18th.
Fargo Police and Cass County Deputies assisted the State Patrol with the checkpoint.
