FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Hundreds of people gathered in downtown Fargo to remember and support loved ones who lost their battle with Pancreatic cancer or are suffering from the disease.
The event was hosted by the FM Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Group.
It began in Sanford Health's lobby with a vigil, with purple bows and glow sticks.
People then walked to the Hotel Donaldson which was lit in purple light.
The mayors of Fargo and Moorhead have declared November Pancreatic Cancer Awareness month.
