(WNFL) - Milwaukee sports broadcaster Steve "The Homer" True was still hospitalized at last word, after he was injured in a car crash on the city's northwest side yesterday.  True has been the play-by-play radio broadcaster for Marquette men's basketball games for 20 years.  He's also a talk show host on Milwaukee's E-S-P-N affiliate.  Police said True, who turned 59 yesterday, was crossing a northwest side intersection when his vehicle collided with a suspected drunk driver who ran a red light.  He was listed as critical yesterday.  The president of the station's owner, Craig Karmazin of Good Karma Broadcasting, said True was "doing pretty well" last night, and his doctors wanted to monitor his condition overnight.  True has worked in Milwaukee radio and T-V for almost a quarter century.
