JAMESTOWN, ND (KFGO AM) -- The state patrol says a man killed in a motorcycle accident near Jamestown had been drinking, before he crashed his bike.
It happened about three miles west of Jamestown Sunday evening.
The 47-year-old victim's name is not yet being released.
The patrol says the driver failed a make a curve, and his bike went into the ditch and rolled.
He was ejected.
The patrol says the driver was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.
