A worker was taken to the hospital after he was rescued from a collapsed trench at a home construction site at 60-91 56th Avenue South in Fargo this morning.
Assistant Fire Chief Leroy Skarlokken says the man was doing plumbing work in a 16-foot deep trench when there was a partial collapse and he was buried up to his shoulders.
A co-worker dug and pulled the trapped man to safety.
He was complaining of pain. His condition is not known.
