DETROIT LAKES, Minn (KFGO AM) --Ronald Quiceno could face up to 40-years in prison for the killing of 23-year-old Travis Buckanaga in late January.
A jury deliberated about 3 hours before returning the verdict late yesterday afternoon.
Quiceno was found not guilty of attempted murder.
Buckanaga was shot to death late January in his mobile home near Detroit Lakes after getting into an argument with Quiceno.
When asked to leave, Quiceno grabbed a revolver and shot Buckanaga and Burris Guy, leaving Buckanaga dead and the other victim injured.
The argument was sparked by rap song lyrics.
Quiceno plans to appeal after his sentencing.
