Barnesville Man Accused Of Intentionally Hitting Victim With Car

31-year-old Jason Michael Olson has been charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon.

 

 

 

 

A Barnesville man is accused of intentionally running over a man with his car. 31-year-old Jason Michael Olson has been charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon. The victim was struck Thursday night. He was treated for "several abrasions and bruises" at a Fargo hospital.

Olson was arrested after a deputy found scuff marks on the hood and bumper of his car.

Court documents say Olson had a previous affair with the victim's wife--and that the victim had threatened to kill him.
