tiger meat recipe-the best!

Can’t remember for sure where I was given this recipe, but this is a great tiger meat recipe:

with 5 and 1 pound recipes
5 lb. ground beef (93% lean) 
5 raw eggs (1 raw egg) 
2 tsp. cayenne pepper (.4 tsp cayenne pepper) 
6 dashes Tabasco sauce (1.2 dashes Tabasco sauce) 
2 medium or 1 large onion, (.4 medium or .2 large onion) 
diced 
3 sticks celery, diced (.6 sticks of celery) 
4 Tbsp. black pepper (.8 Tbsp black pepper) 
3 1/2 Tbsp. salt (.7 Tbsp. of salt) 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (.1 tsp. Garlic powder) 
(optional) 
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand. 
Cover and let set for 20 hours. Spread on crack- 
ers.
