I made this "Mississippi Roast" this weekend. It was without a doubt, the best roast I've ever concocted. We used the crock pot, so you know it's easy. I had a five-pound chuck roast, added one packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, one packet of McCormick Au Jus Gravy Mix, one cube of butter on top, It is topped by five pepperocini peppers. (Next time, I use more than five.) Cook on low for seven hours.
