Fair season is in full swing and although many of us come out to the fairgrounds for the entertainment rides and food, the heart of the county fair is in the exhibit halls, barns and show rings. It is here that the junior fair exhibitors receive feedback on just how well they did in their project areas. For those not involved in livestock projects, entry day is the day in which their projects are judged on a face to face basis, so the young exhibitor can get feed back on just where they did well and in what areas they need to improve. The value of the experience goes beyond the color of the ribbon
So why not hit the fairway this summer and admire the fair process that helps to develop tomorrows leaders today!
